Advanced Diploma of Management (BSB60407)

This qualification is part of the Business Services Training Package and will provide the opportunity to build and enhance middle and senior management skills including managing change, risk and human relations. It encompasses innovation and continuous improvement and focuses on the strategic role of providing leadership across organisations. It will incorporate an appreciation of the management role within the overall strategic planning processes of an organisation and explore related disciplines of managing knowledge and information.

Five elective units are to be undertaken. The specific units will be determined according to delivery mode or employment requirements.

To gain entry into this course you must hold the BSB51107 Diploma of Management or equivalent vocational experience.
