Certificate IV in Human Resources (BSB41007)This course is part of the Business Services Training Package and is designed to provide a broad grounding in workplace skills and knowledge of human resource operations. The Certificate is for people working in an administration function with some human resource speciality, for example, reception, clerical work or payroll in human resource development. A significant understanding of legislation associated with human resources is expected in order to make decisions.
